Windows 10: How to launch a microsoft program in minimized at startup?

Hello world!Is it possible to launch "YourPhone" app in minimized mode in the taskbar when Windows 10 startup? I try to change shortcut proprierty but it doesn't work. The "PhoneExperienceHost.exe" file location it links to doesn't start when I run it.

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why-
Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated.
Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located
Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found
Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings
Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps
Step 6- Doesn't work.

@dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.

Launching Windows APP minimized on the system's startup.

Currently I have had installed Facebook Messenger and here is the problem: the app has to be launched to show nortifications on a new unread message, and it has no functionality make it run on startup of the latest Windows 10.

I tried to add the app to the Startup folder to launch it every time the system startup.

I was successful, however, I was unsuccessful making it start minimized.

I tried to make a link (.lnk) to the app, and set it's Run option to Minimized, just to see that it does not work.

The app launches perfectly however.

So my question is: How can I make Facebook Messenger app startup minimized at the startup of the Windows system?
