2. Click on the Leave program link at the bottom of the resulting page.
   
3. Then follow on screen instructions.

Please keep in mind that Cortana is in Beta and will get better. There are 2 things you can do now - add the Travel interest and check your look for flight settings:

• Cortana's settings

This effectively killed Cortana process, but disabled my start menu along with it.
