Windows 10: How to leave Windows Insider without a clean reboot or a backup.

Hi, I just need some answers to this question by the Microsoft answer people. I know a lot of things on Windows, tag me for support, but this one is Microsoft's fault for not stating this before.So, I have important files on this PC, and I joined Windows Insider, turns out they say my PC does not support the next version PS: it is missing one thing and now I keep getting updates and it is clogging my Windows Update, causing my PC not to receive the new updates every single month. It has been going on for about 5 months. Now I am severely outdated on my updates. I contacted Microsoft support,

The only working method to leave the Dev channel on the Insider program is to backup your personal files and clean install Windows 11 from a bootable USB

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

1. Log in in to
   Windows Insider.
   
2. Click on the Leave program link at the bottom of the resulting page.
   
3. Then follow on screen instructions.

Stop insider

You will need to download the Windows 10 1703 ISO, perform a clean install in order to leave the Insider Program.

Because your currently installed build (16251) will eventually expire, you need to do this.

The release channel build is (15063).
