Windows 10: How to leave Windows Insider ?

i have a problem since i join Insider program on build 19013.1122 it contains lots a bugs, laggy and i can't do right click !! when i do it the screen become white covered in my windows it's like not responding when right click so this is i decide to leave the insider program i can't found updated tutorial for leave this program

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

1. Log in in to
   Windows Insider.
   
2. Click on the Leave program link at the bottom of the resulting page.
   
3. Then follow on screen instructions.

Cant get out of Insider Preview Versions

Thank you for your response.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Go to the following website Windows Insider Program
• Sign In using the credentials that you used to sign up.
• At the top of the page, click the Leave Program tab.
• Confirm that you want to leave.

Note: This will only remove your participation in the Insiders Program.

The Automatic Feedback can only be stopped by
uninstalling the Windows 10 Technical Preview.

• Restart the machine.
• Sign out from the Microsoft Account and sign in again and check if it persists.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
