Windows 10: How to link F8 to Calculator?

Hello,

I'm working with Windows 10 Professional for a few days.

I want to link the F8-button with the Calculator, so that de calculator opens when I push F8.

How can this be set this way?

I found out that I first should ceate a shortcut to the calculator on the desktop, and then click with the right mouse-button, to open "characteristics". But I do not know how to create a shortcut to the calculator on the desktop.

Can anyone help me with this?

Here are some steps that may help:



I request you to remove Calculator by following the below steps:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
  
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following 2 commands at the CMD prompt:
  • powershell
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.WindowsCalculator* | remove-appxpackage
• Close the CMD window.

Now you can install the Calculator from Windows store or from the below link:

F8 not working

 

Calculator disappeared from Windows 10

I am not able to download the Calculator app from the above link.

I click on "Get the App" (Its blue in colour) but nothing happens.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
