Windows 10: How to link Hyper X and PC

Brand new Hyper X stinger headset wired with brand new PC tried single ports and splitters green/pink and plain ports. But only get sound through port on monitor but Mic not working through monitor but can not get sound or mic through PC. Help - non tech person here at end of my tether! Thanks in advance

• Are you using Windows 10 pro?

If you are using Windows 10 Pro, I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps:

• 
  Press Windows + X key. 
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Control Panel. 
  
• 
  Select Programs and Features.
  
• 
  On the left side of the panel click on
  Turn Features on or off.
  
• 
  A new window will pop up.
  
• 
  Check Hyper V box and click
  OK.
  

NOTE: Hyper-V will be available only in Windows 10 pro and Enterprise.

Even after Uninstalling Hyper-V - msinfo32 shows "A hypervisor has been detected"

Hi,

To address your concern, we suggest that you disable the Hyper V services. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Type Services on the search bar.
• Right click one Hyper V service, then select Properties.
• On Startup type, choose Disabled.
  
  
• You have to disable all the Hyper V services one at a time by following the same steps.

VT-x is not available, but is enabled in BIOS

There are three common culprits for the type of error the user is seeing:

• VT-x is not enabled in the BIOS
  
• The CPU doesn't support VT-x
  
• Hyper-V virtualization is enabled in Windows
  

Since the user already eliminated the first two possible culprits, the next step is to open a command prompt as administrator and run the following command:

Afterwards, reboot the PC and try VirtualBox again.
