Windows 10: How to load unsigned 64bit driver during Windows 7/10 fresh install

I'm installing Windows 7 or Windows 10 to an older PC with a motherboard no longer supported by the manufacturer (Asus A8V-E Deluxe). The system is capable of handling either OS. This will be a fresh install to blank hard drives. The last updated driver is unsigned and originally meant for Windows Vista. The driver is for the on-board hard drive controller, and is required in order for Windows to see the hard disks.

I know how to disable enforcement of unsigned drivers once the OS is already installed, but I need to do this during initial install or the install will fail after first reboot (starts loading but after a few seconds freezes with just the Windows logo displaying). Attempts to run a repair also fail. Attempting to load the driver during install keeps failing as it's unsigned. The driver database w/in Windows doesn't seem to have a comparable driver to support this. Anyone know a way around this?

I have an Omnia 7 and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but still end up with a code 31 - can't load drivers. I guess this is because of registry entries that have got corrupted. Therefore I would like to know how to completely uninstall
Windows Phone 7 drivers, so that I can do a fresh install. I am using Windows 7 64bit. I have also tried installing in various usb ports and uninstalling zune, but to no avail.

 

How can I install an Unsigned driver during Windows 10 Setup?

How can I accomplish this? This is needed to fix the issue of the Anniversary update no longer recognizing some RAID arrays.
