Windows 10: how to log in without the Internet if I can't turn it on until I log in?

I had VPN and killswitch enabled. While the killswitch is enabled, the computer will not be able to connect to the network. After the update, it asks me to sign in using the Internet, but I can't do it and I can't access my computer. I've tried creating another user, disabling the pincode, starting in safe mode, and more, but nothing helps, it requires an internet connection. How can I disable VPN killswitch from the command line or how can I log in without internet? It's horrible!!!

Struggling to log on

Hello all,

I have a friend who registered here a couple of weeks ago (Jacko28), but he's struggling to log on. He logs on, but once trying to create a post - it logs him out.

He's deleted cookies, tried a diffrent browers, and other various things.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Well, I did do a step-by-step picture log when RM & I was doing the plexi box... I'll see what I can work up in word. The latest will be Thursday since both today and tomorrow I have 14 hour days..
