Windows 10: how to log out of the retailadmin system admin, I do not know the password from retailadmin

I upgraded from w 8.1 to w 10 but now the account administrator is not me but a RetailAdmin. Already tried to do a fresh install but the RetailAdmini does no disappear. Can someone help me?

 

New Dell laptop in RetailAdmin mode

My wife just bought a Dell laptop that was the stores demo. In the process of trying to set it up, it continually asks for RetailAdmin password. I've tried 'trs10' (internet search), but that didn't work.

How do I get Windows 10 to reset to factory settings to properly set up the computer?

 

Logged into Another Guys Account, Can't Make Another.

Recently, I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer. I pulled my windows 10 usb out, and reinstalled it. When it finished, I was logged into a guy's account (I'll call him Pablo, for his privacy). I would make another account, but Pablo
isn't an administrator, and the only admin account is 'RetailAdmin'. RetailAdmin is password protected, and I need to be logged in on him to make another account. I figured that Pablo works at Microsoft (since everyone listed in contacts shows as a worker
in Microsoft). What in the world do I do?
