Windows 10: How to login into a organizer account?

hello i am Adi the organizer of my sons microsoft account. Recently i wanted to change the settings of my sons account such as letting him download apps that are over for his age. i was wondering if anyone could help me login to my organiser account. Thank you.Adi

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.
