Windows 10: How to login to old Minecraft ps5 Microsoft acc

Hello how do I login to my old Microsoft acc on Minecraft ps5

Minecraft acc is linked to an email that doesn't exist/work anymore and won't let me play until I login but I can't. What do I do?

So this is actually my boyfriend having these issues and he has kind of lost hope at trying to restore his ability to play Minecraft on his console so I am trying to find an answer to fix this. Pretty much, whenever he gets on his PS5 to play Minecraft, it says that "Failed to login: Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account." So it doesn't tell him what email it is under but there are 2 possible emails and one email is deleted and the other one isn't working as it just saying it doesn't exist and will not let him login. We have spent so much time trying to find a solution and even contacting Sony and Mojang themselves and they have no answers as they tell us to go in circles and ask the other company. We just want to find a way where he can completely reset his Minecraft on his ps5 in a way that allows him to just login as different account because he does not care to keep the old acc, he just wants to play but he can't. The Minecraft game will not allow him to play until he logs in as this link acc but it won't give him the option to login in as another account and it forces him to log into the acc that doesn't exist/work anymore. What do we do?

Cant login to minecraft on mac

hi everyone

I have the problem that i just changed my computer. a windows to a mac. I tried to login to minecraft on my new macbook, but it said that i had the wrong code or email. After that i changed my mail and code, many times. no matter what i tried, it wont let
me get into my acc. I tried to get my old Windows computer, and login to minecraft, and i got in on minecraft easy. so my question is:
Why cant i login on the mac? its very weird

• What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• Are you signing in with the same Microsoft Account, you used at the time of purchase?
• What is the complete error message are you receiving while login?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if the issue persists.



Step 1: Reset the app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.
