    How to make a normal account an admin without admin password?


    I have an admin account and a user account which I use but I need the admin account password which I have forgotten so I can download an app to my user account. If it is any help, neither account is logged into a Microsoft account.

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.
