Windows 10: How to make a volume on a USB?

I have a USB thumb drive that is 128gb. Only 32gb was used. So I went into disk management and deleted the volume. Then it showed the full amount as unallocated. Then I tried to create "New Simple Volume". I expected a dialog to pop up to ask the size. But it didn't do that. As far as I can tell, nothing happens.Now what?

Did the first step. It already doesn't work. Note the capacities and drive letters M:/N: The HP utility is about to format my raid-1 volume containing my 2 750gb drives. It thinks it's the usb stick. I can not select any other drives in the HP utility. My 512mb usb stick is U:.

Any other suggestions?

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign
