Windows 10: How to make alt tab show up on multiple monitors

I recently bought a 2nd monitor and i noticed that by default the alt tab menu only shows up on the primary monitor and not the 2nd. very inconvenient because i do a lot of gaming on the 1st monitor so most of my alt tabbing happens on the 2nd monitor. I discovered display fusion and that seems to work exactly as i want it but i would rather not have to pony up another 20 bucks if i don't have to. is there any way to make alt tab show up on both monitors without having to pay for additional software

I'm running two monitors, monitor A is my main monitor, and monitor B is my secondary i use for videos and everything while gaming. When I have a game on monitor A and I alt+tab out to a window on my second monitor, the taskbar doesn't show up. It's the
same when i click off my game on monitor A to monitor B. In windows 7 whenever I did this the taskbar would show up, but now unless i specifically alt+tab to a window on monitor A taskbar will not show up. Doesn't anyone know a registry or way to make it so
i don't have to keep going to windows on monitor A to make the taskbar show up.

I understand that the Taskbar is not visible on the monitor where the game is running while using Alt+Tab key.

I have tried to reproduce this on the lab machines, and it seems that whenever you are running an application in full screen on one monitor, and you use the key combination on Alt+Tab, the Taskbar on the monitor will
not be visible unless you switch to an active window in that monitor. This is by design.

However, if you are using Task View (Windows key + Tab), you should be able to see the Taskbar on both the monitors.

If you use multiple displays, you can make a different choice for your extra displays. Select
Taskbar settings > Multiple Displays > Combine taskbar buttons on other taskbars. For these displays, select from Always, hide labels,
When taskbar is full, and Never.

The entire point is I want the taskbar only on my main monitor, and when I alt+tab to a window not on the main monitor to have my taskbar show up, if theres a registry I can add in for that or change to make it happens thats really all i want. I don't
want taskbars on any other monitors.
