Windows 10: How to make an MAUI window transparent?

Hi Guys,I need to develop a MAUI app which should have a window with transparent background as well, out of its windows.So I tried to make it transparent using these ways.1 I set the 'Opacity = "0"' in the "ContentPage". But it made only the content of the page to transparent and still it is keeping the window background as it is.2 Then I searched for a paint event of the VisualElement.Window class to override it within my window to code and make the background transparent keeping only the borders to appear. But either VisualElement class or VisualElement.Window class doesn't have a paint ev

Windows 11 - Floating transparent box over the taskbar with loading cursor

I have a workaround to stop this happening. I’ve posted it multiple times, I hope the original poster will accept it as the answer as it disappears in all of the answers. Forget searching for something, follow these steps and you will be fine:

1. First do a restart so that the small window is not blocking anything.
   
2. Then click on the blue window at the bottom of your screen.
   
3. Type in "transparency",
   
4. select the first thing that comes up in the search that is "Transparency Effects".
   
5. In the popup turn off the transparency effects.
   
6. You need to restart your computer
   
7. Welcome to not be bothered by this transparent window anymore
   

 

Cannot debug my MAUI app using hot restart

I have a .Net MAUI app that I want to test and debug if needed on my iPhone without Mac. I found instructions on how this can be done here:

I don't understand what username and password it is talking about. I am signed in on the Visual Studio. Please advise.
