Windows 10: How to make applications not so compact in snap mode and scale it after laptop size.

Hello,I bought a 32” monitor so I can make my work more easier. But I want everything in the same scale as my laptop, meaning that I can have more / see more content on my big screen. Right now everything just “zoom up” so it is big I already have it on 100% scaling, and it cannot go smaller than this. For example if I snap the screen in two so I can see two windows at a time multitasking, everything become so compact and big, instead I want it to be smaller because the screen is to big in itself so it can almost be in “laptop size” like I could have 2x my laptop beside each other on the s

Problem with custom scaling, modern apps visual elements and snapping apps in tablet mode. Windows 10

Hi everyone. I have an issue with modern apps and scaling in windows. My display is 11.6" and 1366x768 res. Using defaultdefault configuration, icons, buttons, text, etc. are super small. If I re-scale to 125%, desktop and regular apps look much better,
but metro or modern apps elements (text, buttons, images) become even smaller. I tried to re-scale to 130% and it works. it actually fixes the size of text and the rest of elements in modern apps. However, by doing this, I lose the ability to snap two apps
in tablet mode. Snap is broken with this customization in tablet mode.

 

How to resize and scale inside of window

Interesting notion...... you must have really great eye site! *Wink

The closest I could come to achieving what you wish would be to 'snap' windows, for example, in quadrants, but that still doesn't scale the content, just adds more scroll bars! *Sad

As far as I know, the only applications you can interact with in some sort of miniature mode would be running media from taskbar controls.

The only App, that I know of, that will function in, mini mode, is 'Movies & TV' in 'Compact Overlay Mode'

Actually, Windows Calculator scales it's content while scaling the window!
