Windows 10: How to make call of duty run on directx11

I run cod call of duty on Xbox app on my pc and it keeps having directx12 issues or I'm assuming it's directx12 issues as I keep getting lag spikes even though I have a RTX 4060 which runs it fine on all ultras for a moment until the lag spikes appear, I guarantee if I make cod run on directx11 it will work perfectly fine without lag spikes but idk how to do that on Xbox app or in it's files

DirectX11 Graphics Card Not Found

I had just purchased Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 from steam and every time I try to play it, the game says that I didn't shut the game down properly and tells me to go into safe mode. Then it says that I don't have a valid DirectX11 Graphics
Card. I have downloaded numerous files that should've fixed it like dxcpl which didn't help me. I am hoping someone has a solution because then my purchase was a waste of money. I should also mention that I'm on Windows 10 and I have DirectX12 which I thought
could Run Cod Black Ops 3 but I guess not.

 

Call fo Duty infinite war crashes

• Is this happening on a specific game only?

as the title says, this happens on Call Of Duty Infinite War. This is the only game I have installed. It costed me 49.90 euro.

• What was the exact error message you have received?

None. The game starts and then after 10 seconds quits. That's it.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

None. I only checked the events. See replies above.

 

DirectX11

Hello everyone,

I have a question for you if you can help. I have a PC with NVIDIA GT 710 graphical compatibilities and INTEL (R) processor Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz, 4 GB RAM and 64bit operational system. I have Windows 10 installed and DirectX12 also.

My question is if it is possible to set up DirectX11 while I am having DirectX12. I would like to play some games but doesn't work because I don't have DirectX11 installed on it.
