Windows 10: How to make CAPSlock button toggle between Japanese input style?

I have 2 keyboards registered on my windows 10, which is German as main and Japanese as second.However, before I reset my entire PC and reinstalled windows;I was able to just push Capslock to switch between the inputs on my Japanese. Alt+Shift to switch between languagesAfter reinstalling, somewhat capslock doesn't do anything anymore, and I can't find any settings that specifies capslock's behavior.I don't want the inconvenience to push Capslock + something else. Toggle keys, capslock has no sound with Japanese 106/109 keyboard.

Windows 10, Japanese IME: How to configure CAPSlock behaviour?

I am using up to date Windows 10 (build 19045, right now). Some time ago I configured a keyboard shortcut for the Microsoft IME: Use CAPSlock to switch between hiragana and half-width romaji.

Since I have a Japanese keyboard, I don't actually need this keyboard shortcut and would like to restore the original function of the CAPSlock key. I have been unable to find out how. Microsoft IME Settings includes a page named Key and touch customization, but there is nothing about CAPSlock in there.

I followed the instructions at

Redirecting to remove and reinstall Japanese, but this did not help. CAPSLock continues to toggle between hiragana and romaji.

How can I get the old CAPSlock behaviour back?
