Windows 10: How to make LongPathsEnabled work on windows 11

Windows 10 allows longpaths to be enabled by a registry key. This same key does not appear to work for windows 11.I also tried the group policy change to allow long path names.ISE powershell in windows 10 allows me to create very deep folder structures. But, in Windows 11 I get PathTooLongException from powershell.I have a long path aware application that worked great on my windows 10 box, but it fails on my Windows 11 box. It's as if Windows 11 is ignoring the enabling of long path names.I've tried re-booting but that didn't help either. So, how do I enable Long path support on windows 11? p

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
