Windows 10: How to make my laptop work again

So I accidentally deleted my program files on my laptop when I was looking for ways to clear space. When I was deleting stuff, I saw a file that took up about 30+ GB of space, and I thought lemme just delete it nothing will happen, then after that I decided to restart my laptop because it was slow, but when it switched off it couldn't boot up again and was stuck on a sky blue screen with the options of system restore and switch off. When I chose system restore I tried everything possible and available and still didn't want to load, please help

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.
