Windows 10: how to make new hotmail account, delete the current one and also i can't uninstall any...

hello, how can i delete my jap.studio"hotmail account and make a new one?iam getting spam mail all the time and also several times i get mails with my bank account info that are scam..please, i have to delete this account since im not using it and its only causing problems..any ideas or solutions are welcome..also, my c: drive is 80gb, because of recent updates i cant do anything, its always at 0 bytes, windows crash 1-2 times per pay..got a new drive to reinstall windows, however it would be great to first clear the mail account and start fresh..i also have an error 2503 2502 where i cant uni

I think it'll just get put down as avaliable so another person can create an account with that name. At least I think that was how it used to work. I have a Hotmail account that I use about once a year (don't have any Live stuff connected to it either) or so and it has never been removed. But I think I could create a new account with the same name and it would be avaliable.

EDIT: No, I cannot create a new account with the same name. It was at least six months ago I used it last time.
