Windows 10: How to make on screen keyboard letter bigger?

My onscreen keyboard has very small letters. I would like to increase their size so they will cover more than 25% of a key area.

Re Nokia Lumia 620 is it possible to make the on-screen keyboard letters/numbers bigger for when you type? ( I know they become slightly bigger if you move to the landscape view, but its not much of a hlep.)

I'm not sure how they could be made bigger without the keypad becoming really intrusive on the screen's real estate.
