Windows 10: How to make people hear me through my mic

My headset is connected but people can't hear me

People can't hear me, but can hear a video i play

If you're not screen sharing then your mic is working. You would have to screen share for computer audio to show up.

It would then just be a bug, some filter being applied to the mic, or incorrect positioning of your mouth to the mic. No one here can fix those things.

Not sure what to suggest though. I feel suggestions here may likely end in failure or be really annoying to do like resetting Windows or getting a different mic. It could still end in failure to solve it.

 

Mic doesn't work, people can't hear me

I have the same problem and do not run those apps. I hear people fine but they barely hear me-weird thing is I cant even find a part of the phone that cvould be a mic

 

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
