Windows 10: How to make popup windows and dialog boxes for specific program appear on specific screen?

Hi,One of our technicians in the lab has two monitors lets call them monitor 1 and monitor 2.Also the technician uses two programs program 1 and program 2.The technician wants - program 1 and all it's dialog and popup windows to only appear on monitor 1and - program 2 and all it's dialog and popup windows to only appear on monitor 2The issue is, if I go to Display Menu and set monitor 1 as the Main Display, if the technician puts program 1's main window or all of its windows on monitor 1 and program 2's main window or all of its windows on monitor 2, the dialog boxes and popup windows

How to allow popup for a specific website?

To assist you better, I would like to know which browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if that helps.

1. Click the
gears icon at the top-right of the window and choose "Internet options".

2. When the "Internet Options" dialog box opens, click the "Privacy" tab.

3. Make sure "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" is checked (it is by default), then click the "Settings" button.

The "Pop-up Blocker Settings" dialog box will appear.

Type in a website address underneath "Address of website to allow". Only enter the host name, not the full path, i.e.microsoft.com. Click the "Add" button.

How to always allow administrator permissions for a specific application

Windows 10 gives users the ability to customize how they run applications. We suggest that you follow the steps below on how to grant administrator permission to a specific application:

• Click the Windows icon on your Windows 10 screen that will open the list of applications. Right click on the specific application that you wish to have an admin permission, click the
  More and click Open file location.
• A new window will open to the location of the program. Right-click on the program and click
  Properties from the pop-up menu.
• In the Properties window, click the Shortcut tab and then click
  Advanced.
• In the Advanced Properties window, check the box next to
  Run as administrator and click OK.
  
• The program will now open in administrator mode when you click the shortcut from the Start menu. Repeat the steps above for other desired applications.
