    How to make recorded mp4 file constant frame rate and variable bit rate?


    I am using CaptureEngine video capture sample from:https://github.com/microsoftarchive/msdn-code-gallery-microsoft/tree/master/Official%20Windows%20Platform%20Sample/CaptureEngine%20video%20capture%20sample/%5BC%2B%2B%5D-CaptureEngine%20video%20capture%20sample/C%2B%2BThe frame rate of recorded mp4 file H264/AAC is variable and the bit rate is constant. Could anyone advice how to change the configuration/settings to make the recorded file as constant frame rate and variable bit rate?

    Does anyone know the frame rate (15fps or 30fps) at which the Nokia 6120 records video, and what the maximum frame size is (640x480 or 320x240)?

    Video Frame rate

    Hi,

    when I record videos on my lumia 1020 with Nokia Camera, setting 720 x25 fps,

    the final clips have a strange frame rate 25,02 fps, and obviously when I try to edit and export on youtube or facebook, the result is a little no-sync audio/video;

    Why the frame rate of recorded video from Nokia is not exactly 25 fps?

    Does your PC meet the requirements below for Variable Refresh Rate?

    You won’t see the slider unless your system has all of the following. If any of these are missing, you will not see the toggle and the feature will not be enabled for you.
    • Windows 10 version 1903 or later
    • A G-SYNC or Adaptive-Sync capable monitor
