Windows 10: How to make screenshots save into the hard drive instead of OneDrive?

I really don't like the fact that it saves in OneDrive because sometimes, OneDrive gets desynced and doesn't save the screenshots at all. And no, don't tell me to use snipping tool, paint, etc. to do screenshots because I intend on screenshotting in-game.

Documents Folder is in OneDrive instead of on Hard Drive

I have an issue that I think is being caused by the simple fact that my documents folder is in OneDrive instead of on my computer's hard drive. I don't want OneDrive and I don't know how this happened because everything (in my opinion) should default to
save on the hard drive and not something that requires internet access. How do I get my documents folder to be ONLY on my computer's hard drive and not on OneDrive?

 

iphone One Drive App is not saving any screenshots to the Screenshots folder instead it saves them to camera roll.

I do not want my screenshots cluttering up my camera roll. The issue is occuring on my Andriod device and IOS mobile.

I would expect the screenshots to be saved in the screenshots folder but they are not.
