Windows 10: How to make Task Scheduler open a Document with a specific program?

I have Windows 10 Task Scheduler opening a specific .rtf also tried changing it to .docx file on workstation unlock. At present it opens automatically with Wordpad, but I want it to open using another word processing program instead WPS Office.I've set the "default app" for .rtf and .docx files to WPS Office, but for some reason it still insists on opening with Wordpad. I've also tried restarting the computer, but it still uses Wordpad.edit: tried changing the file type to .ext, which stops it automatically opening in Wordpad, but instead it asks me which program I want to use to open

Task Scheduler with error message The selected task »CreateChoiceProcessTask« no longer exists

The Steps which resolve this problem on my computer :

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Open Task Scheduler
• Navigate in the Task Scheduler Library (Nothing else !!!)

And the message deseapear and I can create a task !!!

I suggest you to clear the task from Task Scheduler using the below steps and check if the issue still persists.

Steps:-

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.
• Select End.

No errors found by each suggestion. May have to do a clean install unless someone has a different solution
