Windows 10: How to make the text size smaller in window 11

After restarting my computer, the default text size suddenly got bigger. The current text size and display are both set to 100%, so I can't reduce it any further. How can I revert it to the previous size?

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.

• 
  Type Make Text and other items larger or smaller in the Search Bar.
  
• 
  Select Make Text and other items larger or smaller.
  
• 
  Under Change size of items select Set a Custom scaling level
  option and try to change the size of the text.
  
• 
  You can also change the size of text for specific item in
  change text size only option.
  
• 
  After selecting the Size press Apply
  which will ask you to log off and log in again for the changes to take effect.
