Windows 10: How to make Windows 10 boot up faster and also to make taskbar icons appear quickly on startup?

I currently have a Windows 10 Pro. It has 4GB RAM sand has an HDD of 320 GB both drives C and D. I want to know if how do I make my PC boot up faster and also the thing with taskbar icons that I pinned on my taskbar, it takes a long time for it to show up. Is it a HDD issue or a RAM issue? Please help me.

Unknown taskbar icon flashes and quickly disappears upon startup

Whenever I startup Windows 10 Creators Update these days, I always seem to get an unknown taskbar icon that flashes and quickly disappears. Here is a video for you guys to see what I'm talking about - it appears right next to the quick launch Firefox icon at the start.



What is it? Should I be worried? Has this happened to anybody else?

 

Why is the icon not appearing on taskbar?

Did the 2 steps but still the icon in taskbar appears 50% of the time.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
