Windows 10: How to make Windows 11 start all startup applications before logging in

I am looking a solution that allows me to loads app before login/skip the login as I want to remote my computer far from home when I wake on lan my computer. I've tried enable login in the user thing Forgot the name, and already checked the "Don't need password to login" optionThank you.

The full path is actually

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

To explore the issue further I would do this:

1. Right-click the shortcut you placed into the startup folder, then left-click Properties
2. Mark the Target field, then press Ctrl+C to copy it.
   
3. Create a desktop shortcut for cmd.exe.
4. Right-click this shortcut, then left-click "Run as administrator".
5. Accept the challenge. You will get a black frame.
6. Type this command and press Enter:
   
   notepad "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Test.bat
   
   Allow the new file to be created
7. Press Ctrl+V to paste the line from Step 2
8. Add this second line:
   
   pause
9. Save and close the file
10. Delete the shortcut you had made before
11. Log off, then log on and report what you see.

If your computer has an SSD, then this should solve your issue and you won't see any noticeable bootup speed changes:

Disable Fast Startup (step by step):

1. Open Control Panel
2. Navigate to Hardware and Sound --> Power Options
3. Then click on "Choose what the power buttons do"
4. Press "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
5. Under Shutdown settings untick the box beside "Turn on fast startup (recommended)"
6. Save changes and reboot once.

Once logged in and Windows has booted up properly and settled, shut down your computer. After that boot your computer again and test your Office apps. They should work now.
