Windows 10: How to make Windows 11 start menu as useful as Windows 10?

Sorry to say, but so far Windows 10 start menu is the best of every windows start menu I have ever use and I have been using the windows since windows 98. But now I can't make the Windows 11 help me with my very important shortcuts. I have a lot of grouping of applications when I still use windows 10 such as:- Programming- Creative Studio- Games- Scripts- Communicationand so on.So windows 10 really give me a lot of space in the start menu to put my shortcuts there.Why I dont use desktop?I use 3 monitors for my work and other daily activities, if I put the shortcuts in my desktop, i have to eit

yeah I've been less than happy with the start menu also.
for me I for me I get freezes in start menu, especialy returning from sleep...which reminds me sleep is such a pain in the butt since I switch to Windows 10. Either waking up on its own, or system freezes when recovering from sleep

Stardock was a nice switch from vanilla, but i wasnt gonna buy it and 30 days goes by quick.
