Windows 10: How to make Windows 11 start menu search to actually work?!?!?!

No, seriouslly, how?Here... I have an app. Asus DisplayWidget. It is run through the DisplayWidget.exe file in a folder in the C:/Program Files which is as default of a behavious as one can expect. It is even part of the apps my computer runs on start-up.If I search for it in the search on the task bar I only get **** bing results is that thing still alive??!. How is that even possible?!?!? Why is Windows search so useless? :Can someone, please, suggest a way to make that thing actually find things. I'm not asking for much.. I don't even want semantic search, just plain old word for word

Start Menu Search not working


When I start my computer, my Start Menu Search sometimes gets stuck in a start up or searching loop.
The start menu itself works if I am just using my mouse to click icons. The issue is hitting the Windows button on my keyboard and typing.

What is strange is that when this happens, if I log out then log in again, it starts up fine. While this is a workaround, I would like to solve the problem that is causing the problem.

I've tried re-indexing my entire computer based on a similar post I found here, but that did not work. Also - searching in a general Explorer window works fine showing the Windows Indexing does not appear to be the problem.
