Windows 10: How to make Windows 7 faster for very low end pc ...????

Which OS should I run on my computer's I5 3rd Gen processor and 2 GB of RAM? I'm currently using Windows 7, but it's incredibly sluggish and always hangs; I have to wait a long time for an application to recover from the "not responding" stage. How can I make my operating system run more quickly without upgrading any hardware resources? I use Microsoft Edge as my default browser, but every time I open it, it hangs and says it's not responding. How can I improve the browser's performance on my computer? How can I tune or tweak my operating system to make it run more quickly?Here is my system's

"faster" depends on the users definition

A speed test using any of the available utilities will show the theoretical test result, but that may not have any baring on real world use.

Win7 is out of support, win10 supports ends in a couple of years

 

Low end Windows Phone 7 Smartphones

Hello Everyone

Is there any chance that some low end Windows Phone 7 smartphones will be released this year or in the near future because I have been wanting to buy a phone that runs Windows Phone 7 for a while now, But being a student i don't have hardly enough money
to buy an expensive Smartphone. If a low end smartphone that can run Windows Phone 7 ever gets released I will happily go out and buy one because I will have enough money too.
