How to make Windows logo key + 1 always open the same instance.

Windows logo key + 1 opens the first app on task bar like it should. But if I press Windows logo key+1 again, Windows 11 opens a new instance of the program instead of bringing to the forefront the original instance like Windows 10 did. Is there a way to fix this?

    :)
