    How to make windows open on the screen i open them on?


    I know the title sounds a bit confusing but I'll try to be a bit more clear. When i open something on my desktop/task bar on my 2nd monitor say for example my file directory it always opens on my main monitor instead of the 2nd monitor.Is there a way to change this? It's not a massive issue, it just gets a bit grating when I'm trying to do things with multiple windows open and i have to keep manually dragging everything over and over again even though I'm opening it on my 2nd monitor.Many thanks for any advice.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    ATI Winflash Not opening

    I cannot get ATI Winflash to open for me at all. I've got the newest version and trying in Windows 10 nothing opens (no errors, no nothing...just nothing opens). Following the steps in the thread at the top of this forum and making the USB bootdrive and trying in DOS it says adapter not found so i still cannot do anything. Anyone have any ideas? I would really like to flash my card (XFX RX 570).

    I took a risk. I've set a System Restore point then installed Gold Wave. It was not present in that Open With list. I used the Default Programs Editor:

    Did you click Save...? You should have seen:
