Windows 10: How to make windows reliable monitor history longer?

Hello,In the windows reliable monitor Win10 x64 is history valid on few day up to 1 month, screenshot attached.How to extend it to make history longer, please?Thank you.

Windows 10 - Reliability Monitor - No Longer Display Installation History, Driver Installation

Windows 10 Reliability Monitor used to display Installation History & Driver Installation information. Such "Informational Events" are no longer being displayed. Is this a new feature or a way to revert back to display this information?
