Windows 10: how to malke 3 external displays line up for the cursor movement

i have tried every possible configuration for the monitors in the multiple display window. using an asus, 12th gen I7, Geforce RTX studio, and a dell 600 docking station. any ideas?

"Ease cursor movement between displays" in Settings

I have seen this setting: "Ease cursor movement between displays" referenced. I have two monitors, not the same size, and the cursor "sticks" at top and bottom corner of the main (larger) screen.

The setting ""Ease cursor movement between displays" in Settings" doesn't appear in my settings. The references I see show it under

System->Display->Multiple Displays. Don't see it there, or anywhere else.

Since this is a problem on my system, I think this would be useful. Suggestions anyone??

May I know some details which could help me investigate it further.

• Have you encountered this problem recently? Was it normal before?
  
• If you uncheck Ease Cursor Movement, how does the mouse cursor behave
  
• As a test environment, try to reduce the screen and check what mouse cursor will be like.

Thanks, but I don't these get to the problem.

For one thing this is a Windows 11 system.

The problem is the cursor sticking at upper and lower corner of the main (large) monitor, where there isn't an appropriate match to the smaller screen. Movement through the rest of the screen border is not inhibited.

Here is an example of the setting that's supposed to handle this. For some reason, this doesn't appear on my system, so I can't turn this setting on.

When you have multiple displays and try to move your cursor or windows between monitors, they would normally get stuck if the display borders don't align at the crossing point.

Starting with Windows 11 build 22557, it is now easier to move your cursor and windows between monitors, by letting your cursor and windows jump over areas where they would previously get stuck.

This tutorial will show you how to turn on or off Ease cursor movement between displays for your account in Windows 11.
