Windows 10: How to manipulate the keyboard?

Hello I desire to have a proper English keyboard with the letter thorn þ, ideally I would like to make my own keyboard setting in the Language Preference section of the OS that automatically changes "th" to "þ" and "Th" to "Þ" so that I can:Flip back to English Canada US Keyboard for when I need to right formal documents.Not need to adjust my typing style so no potential conflicts develop with having different ways of typing "the" and "þe"That being said if I can not make my own keyboard language preference I would settle with being able to make my own keyboard short cut, one that is not a

Crypto Manipulation.. ??

is the price of crypto coins being manipulated.. one look at this coinranking chart tell me it is.. the odd coin shows a slight deviation but the rest move up and down in perfect lock step.. the little daily graph on the far right of the image kind of points this out..

sometimes the pattern breaks and the coins do their own thing but during all big up or down moves the lock step pattern shows up..

stellar and eos being the slightly deviant coins in this chart but the pattern of the rest is near identical..

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
