Windows 10: how to manually install microsoft c++ redistributable 2022 without the install wizard

hi so i am trying to install dolphin emulator on my old school computer that i still have from 12 grade and i am out of school and i want to install microsoft c++ redistributable 2022 and i cant use the install wizard because it ask for a administrator password whenever system files are updated and i don't have a administrator p

Hello. Where can I find this version Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 redistributable (x86) - 14.34.31938 installer? I have a file installer residue of it, impossible to remove it from install/uninstall list. Need an installer to remove it. But I couldn't find this version anywhere on internet. Would appreciate help.

 

Visual C++ Redistributable won't install?

This issue might if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is not installed properly.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

Can not install Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Redistributable package/ Windows 11

Please download the Program install/uninstall Troubleshooter from Microsoft.

• Run the tool, and select "Uninstalling".
  
• In the next screen, select the VC++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) Minimum runtime and uninstall it.
  
• Redo the steps and uninstall VC++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) Additional runtime.
  

If necessary, uninstall the x86 version as well.

Once done, install the latest VC++ x64 and x86 redist.
