Windows 10: How to manually verify Printer Driver is capable of Printer highest DPI?

I accidentally found out current printer driver is not what Printer Manufacturer recommended.I have asked why current printer driver is not automatically matching Printer but still waiting for response.Without automation to verify current printer driver is as per manufacturer, I need help on following how-to manually verify:current Printer Driver is capable of Printer Highest DPI?DPI of hardcopy ?

hp printers have the most expensive ink of all printers, the most economical is cannon and epson so i suggest if you looking to keep costs down look at those brands.

that being said it may not have the best print quality if it uses less costly ink.

if keeping cost down is the most important then shop in reverse, find a brand that has cheap replacement ink cartridges then see what printers they are used on. then from that list look to see if you like any of those printers and if they are affordable to you, if not then select another ink cartridge and look at the printers that those are used on. this method will give you the most affordable printer and the cheapest cost of replacement ink.

I need a new printer.

Do the above suggested printers jam up easy? If there is 2 pieces of office equipment I loathe, 1st is copy machines, and 2nd is printers.

 

Printer driver

Please try the steps recommended below to uninstall printer software

Press Windows key + X, click Apps & Features or Programs and Features

Select your HP printer.

Select Uninstall.

Press Windows key + R, type control, hit Enter

Open Devices and Printers.

In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

Click on Drivers tab.

Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.

Select OK.

Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

Close Devices and Printers.

Proceed to reinstall the driver.

Connect the printer.

Press Windows key + X

Click Control Panel

Open Devices and printers

Click Add printer

Click 'The printer what I want isn't listed'

Select 'Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings'

Select 'Use an existing port'

Click Next

Under Manufacturer, scroll down then select HP

Over the right hand side, scroll down through the list and look for your printer model.

If you don't see it, click Windows Update and wait while Windows Update checks for the printer driver.
