How to merge old recovery partition with C Drive?

Hi everyone, Having an absolute nightmare trying to figure out how to merge 500Mb of old recovery partition space to my main C Drive partition. I have deleted the recovery partition after checking it was the old and not current recovery. This has now left me with the relevant unallocated space. However, no matter what programme I use, I can't seem to merge it with my C drive partition. All the tutorials I see online show the unallocated space to the right hand side adjacent of the C drive and mine is to the left. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance. see pictures below from both windows disk manager and Aomei

How to merge the Health (Recovery Partition) in Windows 10

Previously, I used AOMEI Partition Assistant without any issue, but now after I delete the 450 MB Health (Recovery Partition) & merge with my C: drive, this error popped out; (I'm unable to merge it anymore)

"The version of your system is equal or higher than 1703. We suggest you don't resize/move system partition, which may cause system boot failure. We suggest create a Windows PE bootable media and rezise/move system partition with it."

Any suggestion to merge the partition? Thanks & greatly appreciated. FYI, I tried various application also not working.

    There's a \\?\Volume{ff855cc7-980a-44a3-aa46-1eed8d8c8b8c}\ located on Optimize Drives.
(The 450 MB Health Recovery Partition)

    P.S. Windows 10 Pro x64 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.19)

  4. How to merge extra recovery partition in Windows c drive in Windows 11?

    Need to merge partitions

I've just image restored a Windows 10 CSM/MBR backup to new hardware supporting TPM and UEFI,. The original drive was 1TB, but only 500G used, with 3 partitions/volumes. The new drive is 1TB. I've upgraded to Windows 11 and the machine boots successfully. The restore process created 5 partitions, new are the UEFI partition and #2 System Recovery.

    1. 100MB UEFI

    2. 100MB System Recovery

    3. 465.12 GB NTFS, C:

    4. 554 MB - Probably the original Windows 10 Recovery partition.

    5. 465.53 GB Unallocated

I'd like to merge partitions 3, 4 and 5, and if it's not useful for Windows 11, partition 2 as well. I've tried right-clicking on #4 in Disk Management, but the only option is "Help". Likewise when selecting this partition in the list at top the red X (delete) disappears. I've tried a few other things (Power-Shell: Get-Drives), but no luck. How can I either delete this partition or merge it with either #4 or #5?
