Windows 10: How to migrate windows to a ssd while keeping all data on my original hdd

I currently have a 1tb hard drive that I've used for a few years. Recently I got a new ssd that is also 1tb and I would like to run windows on it. How would I move windows to the ssd while keeping all my data on the hard drive?

Data Migration from HDD to SSD

I recently bought a Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVME M.2 SSD to speed up my computer from the Seagate HDD I had been using. I am trying to move everything off of the HDD and onto the SSD. So, I have tried to use the Samsung Data Migration Software multiple times with each time it saying "Data migration function has been interrupted." I am very confused as most websites say this software is easy to use. I have installed the Driver and the firmware and the Samsung Magician recognizes the SSD. And I have tried everything. If anyone is able to help, thank you very much.

 

Migration from Hdd to m2.SSD

Recently I have purchased a new laptop (hp probook 450 G4) and a new original windows 10 home edition and now I want to upgrade my 1 TB Hdd to a new m2 ssd and my laptop supports another slot for the m2 ssd so I can run both
the m2 ssd & hdd at the same time but I will make the m2 ssd the boot drive and the hdd will be the data drive.
MY Question is how can I migrate system drive to the new m2 ssd without the need to reinstall windows or any other installed programs and there is another thing, when I checked the disk management I found 3 recovery partitions will I have to
migrate them too or I have to migrate the system drive only
