Windows 10: How to moderate bots/trolls via article conversation section/article comments?

I'm a massive fan of the conversations about articles using comments, it gets the conversation started between people and their different views something the USA is in great need of currently. Unfortunately, bots from either side of the political spectrum using a specific profile picture I've identified several on either-side of the political aisle. Moderating these bots would allow people, attempting to have real dialogue better success in their endeavor. Pro-Democrat and Pro-Republican bots/trolls prevent any chance of civil conversation happening, which I find to be very problematic - i

Where is the comment section - your articles of explanation do not help at all.

Why are you hiding the comments sections on the articles? Is it government control again? I just saw an article on Biden's CHIP law - what a joke! When I tried to find the comment section, the article disappeared. Pretty fishing if you ask me!!
