    How to move a Windows Pro digital license, that is linked to my Microsoft account from old...


    How to move a Windows Pro digital license Purchased in Microsoft store as an upgrade from OEM home edition and is linked to my Microsoft account from old pc to new pc? Both PC's have same user account new PC has Home edition. Both are Windows 11 versions. Windows has no de-activate button to transfer license key.

    The digital license will automatically be linked when you sign in to Windows 10 with your Microsoft account.

    At step 2, what does it show for you in Activation on the right side?

    I cant see the option to link digital licence with microsoft account. I actually upgraded from a retail version of Windows 7 ultimate to Windows 8.1 by paying then to windows 10 pro.

    Attaching the screenshot, there is no option to link to digital license to Microsoft account
