    How to move files for Outlook (Office 365)?


    Hi.
    I am trying to find alternativ to Windows Live Mail, and I have MS Office 365. In WLM I can move all emails and contacts to another destination I choose. How do I do the same for Outlook?
    I want offline emails and contacts to another drive so I don't overwrite them when restore C:\. As I am testing some beta-drivers now and then, I have to restore (Acronis) my system from time to time. I have a SSD just with the system for the same. But I don't want my emails to be overwritten!

    If that can't be done in Outlook, then which email-client will forfill my requests?

    Datafiles away from C:\
    Min 4 email-adresses
    Ability to read emails offline (the one that has allready been downloaded!)

    All of the above WLM can do, but for some reason, Microsoft has choosed to close WLM. WHY ????

    How did you "go from" Outlook 2013 to Outlook 2016? What did you mean by "moved from Windows 10 to Office 365"? Windows 10 is an operating system for a computer. Office 365 is a service for documents.
