Windows 10: How to move safely programs into another drive C to D Drive

Me and my brother had 2 accounts of our own, I need to move all my brother's programs that i don't use and move into another driveWe had have our own separate drives and i want to move it safely otherwise anything happens to his data of the programs he had used, my brother is will be very upset for thatThe reason why i want to move his programs that i need total privacy when i logged into my account which that i can still see my brother's programs he had often accidentally downloaded i don't use.Me and my personal stuff Downloads, Documents etc are alright but the issue is i can still see my

Switch C: drive with D: drive and move Program Files

I have a desktop HP computer tha has a C: drive SSD of 237 GB . Windows 10 is loaded there and by default all Program File and Program Data. The other drive D: is a Hard drive with 931 GB.

C: is almost full.

How do I move all the Program Files etc to D: and only leave C: only for Windows and then set up the system so that all future Programs load in the D: drive.

 

Can I save Programs to D: drive not C: drive ?

I Have my C: drive 120 GB and my D Drive 335 GB

my C: Drive is now only on 35 GB free, and this is programs alone

Is there away that I move old programs to D: drive? even if I have to uninstall them and reinstall them??

Also, in PC health check, I found the following photo, I changed all document and photos to D: drive, will it be safe to change new apps to D: drive?









Some website suggested I could move some app location using (Modify), is it a correct method?

 

Is it safe to merge D and C drives?

Hello, today i installed Windows 10 and decided to free up some space on my MSI GP70 laptop, i have a total of 1TB of memory, but its split into 2 drives, the C and D drive, and i started to wonder, is it safe to merge the two drives? Do i lose the recovery
files on the D drive if i merge them?

Any help will be appreciated
