How to move start menu icon to lower right corner

Start menu is at lower right corner of desktop in some language versions because of reading order, and i am using mouse with my left hand so it will be somehow more convinient when start menu at that positionalso for closing/maximum/minimum bottons of the window if they are at another side.So is it possible to achieve that kind of UI without swtching to Arabic/Jewish language? Start menu default internet acces icon screwed?

You generally set that via the Start Menu settings (right-click start menu -> properties).

I had that issues a while ago, and it meant removing it from the Start Menu, and reinstalling my browser to get the icon back, it was very odd.
