Windows 10: How to open Windows 10 PC which were appearing blue screen

Hello.

I am a user of Windows 10 PC. I have some issues regarding when turning on my pc because every time I try to turn it on a blue screen appeared. Here is the list of my trials to repair this issue using the Automatic Repair Activation and on the "Blue Screen".


Transporting Personal Files to Flash Drives or External Hard Disk and Formatting the PC

I have tried to send all of my important files to my flash drive through Command Prompt> notepad.exe> Open..

The transferring process went well. I then decided to format and resetting back my PC. Before that, I have tried to reset my PC by using the option "Reset the PC without clearing personal files" and I have waited for more than 10 minutes until I received a message on the blue screen mentioned "There is a problem while resetting your PC. No changes were made." So then, after I transferred all my important files, I go to the "Reset PC include clearing personal files" option but similar message appeared but this time a bit different; "There is a problem while resetting your PC."


Inserting Commands on the Command Prompt

I have inserted various commands in various videos found in YouTube including Command Prompt> sfc /SCANNOW. But nothing happened.


Other Options

I have chose all the options on the blue screen and the results are all the same. "Nothing happened", "There is a problem to..", "Your PC is not..".


Suggestions of solutions are really needed real quick.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Blue screen in Windows 10

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
