Windows 10: How to pair a Bluetooth speaker detected as keyboard in Windows 7?

I recently changed the wifi card in my laptop running Windows 7 64bit SP2. The mini Bluetooth speaker Dodocool DA84 I've been using with my old card was working perfectly. When I installed it a window message would appear asking me to activate the audio services and it would pair the speaker functionality, but even then, I noticed that Windows would detect it as a keyboard rather than a speaker in the first place. Now with the new card and new drivers, after the installation, no message would appear and the only service available is that of a keyboard, which is not what is meant to be. My qu

Bluetooth speaker not detected on Windows 7,8,10

Bought a Bluetooth speaker, bit but none of my windows devices seem to detect it (windows 10 tablet, windows 7 laptop, Lumia 950)

My friends with android and apple devices are able to detect and pair with the speaker, what is the issue with Windows that does not allow for the speaker to be detected. Downloaded all updates, drivers, firmware for the devices but still not luck.

All other devices are being detected and paired without issues so the Bluetooth is working.

What can I do to solve this problem?

 

Bluetooth on Windows 10 not pairing with speakers

My Windows 10 Bluetooth recognises the speaker but will not pair with it. I have tried updating the Drivers and the speaker is NOT paired with anything else but still no pairing with Windows 10.. The speaker pairs with my IPhone etc ok but not with Windows
10. Any suggestions

 

Can't select paired bluetooth speaker as sound output (Windows 10)

I just got a new bluetooth speaker, an Urbanears Stammen (concrete grey)

I can connect to it from my phone, using Bluetooth, and play back sound no problem. But I can't get my Windows 10 laptop (Dell XPS 15) to use it as a playback device.

I can connect and pair to it no problem, as you see in the screenshot below





It also shows up under bluetooth in the device manager. It's not listed under "Audio inputs and outputs", which I thought it should be, but I can see it under "Sound, video and game controllers".





But I can't select it as a playback device

And I tried the suggested steps listed there, but nothing helped

Any further ideas I could try?
