Windows 10: How to permanently disable/delete laguage pack from Windows 11?

Hi, I have a PC with Windows 11 and 2 language packs: Polish and Russian Mnemonic layout. I tried to uninstall russian through Windows Settings Time & Language and with: Win+R -> lpksetup -> uninstall laguages -> russianIt worked partially. Russian is gone from Settings and from lpksetup -> uninstall languages.Weirdly enough, it switches to Russian when I'm holding Left Alt for a few seconds in-game. I have a keyboard with an option to disable the WinKey, so it's unlikely to be a missclick.Is there an option for removing Russian language completely from Windows or changing

How to Disable Permanently Delete Files

Hi Andrew,

Whenever you delete a file or folder, Windows asks for your confirmation before moving it to Recycle Bin but Microsoft has removed this confirmation on some versions (Windows 8). Since you are using Windows 10, you can choose whether to have the file deleted
permanently or not.

If you also want to re-enable delete confirmation dialog, kindly the follow the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin.
  
• Click on Properties, untick the option Don't move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted.
  
• Click Ok to save the changes.

   • Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender.
     
3. Create a New DWORD Value:
   
   • Right-click on the Windows Defender folder, select New, and then DWORD (32-bit) Value.
     
   • Name the new value DisableAntiSpyware.
     
4. Set the Value:
   
   • Double-click on DisableAntiSpyware and set its value to 1.
     
   • Click OK to save the changes.
     
5. Restart Your Computer:
   
   • Restart your computer to apply the changes. Windows Defender should now be permanently disabled.
